Miami Heat offer upper-level seats at $10

The Miami Heat announced a ticket promotion where they will offer some upper-level tickets for $5.00 to $10.00 per seat.  The promotion is only for select games in the 2008-2009 season, but shows how readily available NBA tickets are at low prices.
