With March just around the corner NCAA men’s basketball i really starting to heat up. After a strong start and some recent disappointing losses, the Longhorn’s men’s basketball team showed up for a fight Saturday night. With Balbay at point guard the horns have been looking more together than they have in weeks and their face off against #2 in the nation put that to the test. Balbay had a strong game as did Pittman. A critical win for the horns keeps them in the hunt for a Big XII title and appearance in the championships. If their defense shows up like it did Saturday they could breech the Elite 8.
