Watch The Masters live…from your computer

For any fan of golf, there is no experience quite like stepping out onto the pristine fairways at Augusta National to watch The Masters.  When you are there in-person, everything about the course seems magical.  The grass is greener and softer than any you’ve ever seen.  The rough is sculpted so perfectly that it seems like a work of art.  The greens are more treacherous and undulating than any you’ve ever played.  The whole experience for a golfer is one that you’ll never forget.  I’ve been twice and cherish the memories I brought back each time.

But if you are not in Augusta, Georgia this morning (or close enough to get there), then you probably won’t feel that experience until the 2010 Masters.  You can do the next best thing today and watch the 2009 Masters coverage from your computer.  The Masters has teamed up with AT&T and IBM to create one of the best online sports sites.

You can visit Masters.com to watch live action from the Augusta National course in HD.  The Masters website features “Amen Corner”, which is the stretch of holes that includes #11, #12 (par 3) and #13.  They also are live streaming the 15th and 16th holes.  They even include picture-in-picture, so you can watch both sets of holes.  Truly amazing coverage from the Masters official website.
