It’s February 3, 2010 and a big day for college football. Fans and universities across the nation are refreshing WebPages and watching sports television all day to see which school the top recruits will sign with. Not surprisingly, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, and Alabama are the top 4 ranking schools with the most recruits from the top 100.
