Eagles Announce Two-Year Deal with Vick

As the formal announcement is expected shortly, the sports community is abuzz about Michael Vick’s destiny.  Should he be allowed redemption?  Has he paid his dues?  Does he deserve a second chance?  Why wouldn’t he deserve a second chance?
