BCS National Championship Rose Bowl Seating Chart

Many fans have been asking about team sections for the BCS National Championship game between SEC Champion, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Big 12 Champion, the Texas Longhorns at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.  Texas’ allotment has been confirmed to be in Sections 26-28 and Sections 1-4, basically the Southeast corner of the stadium, with the Texas bench in front of Sections 4 and 5.  With that, it is expected that Alabama’s allotment will be sections 12-18 in the Northwest section of the stadium and the Alabama bench in front of sections 18 and 19.  Here’s a seating chart that may be helpful.

Rose Bowl Stadium info & seating chart

The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California will host the 2010 BCS National Championship Game on Thursday, January 7th, 2010.  The game is schedule to kickoff at 5:00pm Pacific Time. 

Below is a stadium seating chart of the Rose Bowl.  There are 28 sections in the Rose Bowl, each has approximately 77 rows.  The Rose Bowl seats over 90,000 people for a college football game, the capacity for the BCS Championship Game will be near 100,000.

The Texas Longhorns bench will be in-front of sections 4-5.
The Alabama Crimson Tide bench will be in-front of sectsion 18-19.
