2019-2020 NHL Season Preview

The NHL regular season is almost here! While preseason games have begun, the regular season will kick off on October 2. 

The top game on the opening night of the 2019-2020 NHL season features Stanley Cup Champions, the St. Louis Blues vs Washington Capitals, where they will raise their first-ever Stanley Cup banner in front of a hometown crowd.

It won’t take long for the NHL season to see one of the most anticipated matchups. The first 2019 Stanley Cup Rematch will feature the St. Louis Blues vs Boston Bruins on Oct 26 @ TD Garden in Boston. The two teams will also face off on April 2 @ Enterprise Center in St. Louis. 

Other notable games for the 2019-2020 NHL season include the annual classics such as the Thanksgiving Showdown, Winter Classic, and the 2020 NHL All Star Game.

New York Rangers vs Boston Bruins at TD Garden

The 2019 NHL Thanksgiving Showdown features one of the top rivalries in the NHL as the Boston Bruins face the New York Rangers. 

2020 Winter Classic:

Dallas Stars vs Nashville Predators at Cotton Bowl in Dallas

This year’s Winter Classic matchup is even more exciting as it is a rematch of the 2019 Stanley Cup playoffs, which saw the Predators lose to the Dallas Stars. The 2020 Winter Classic will take place at the legendary Cotton Bowl in Dallas. 

2020 NHL All-Star Game in St. Louis

The 2020 NHL All-Star Game will take place on January 26 at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis. This will be the 3rd time that St. Louis hosts the NHL All-Star Game. 

2020 NHL Stadium Series:

The 2020 NHL Stadium Series features the Colorado Avalanche vs LA Kings at Falcon Stadium in Colorado Springs on February 15.
