Who is BTS?

BTS (previously known as Bangtan Boys) is a South Korean boy band formed in 2013. If you’ve never heard of them before, you have not been paying attention because they have become one of the biggest names in music. The first reply to our Facebook post in 2018 about their ‘Love Yourself’ tour read, “Who?” But now in 2020, BTS is an international sensation and probably the top international boy band since One Direction split up. Tickets for their newly announced tour (Map of the Soul) are in high demand, but BTS tickets are available now at TicketCity.

2020 BTS US Tour Dates

MAP OF THE SOUL: 7

BTS continued their self-acceptance message in 2019’s MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA, so expect the tour promoting their follow up, 2020’s MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 to continue those themes. MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 drops February 21st– plenty of time for fans to memorize lyrics before the first US tour dates.

BTS Tour 2018: Love Yourself

BTS made a big splash in the US in May 2018.  Their new album titled “Love Yourself: Tear” dropped the same month and BTS will premiered their new single at the Billboard Music Awards.  Their North American tour ran from September in Los Angeles and through Oakland, Dallas, Toronto, and Newark before wrapping up in Chicago.

Ticket demand for BTS was huge– the get-in price was around $500 per seat in the first offerings.  Expect the hype to continue for future tours: BTS is the largest artist on Twitter.  They hold the record for most retweets in a month and were the most popular artist on Twitter in 2017.  Twitter even featured them in the first K-pop emoji on the platform in 2016.

Don’t miss out on BTS tickets– get them before they are gone!
