Looking for the Best Hamilton Deals?

If you’re looking for the best deal on Hamilton tickets, get ready to take a road trip

Hamilton is currently playing in five cities across the country. If you haven’t been following the tour, it is currently in Detroit and Dallas. The whole show is fantastic (you don’t become the biggest musical in the last decade if your shows and cast are mediocre), but word from folks who’ve seen multiple shows say the touring cast is one of the finest troupes out there.

Besides the two touring cities, Hamilton also has extended runs in Chicago, San Francisco and New York. San Francisco and New York productions will run through the fall, but the Chicago dates end this summer. Later this year, Hamilton will be coming to New Orleans, Rochester, San Antonio, East Lansing and Austin– and that’s just thru May! The Hamilton US Tour will reach eighteen (18!) more cities before the end of 2019.

With Hamilton coming to a city near you, surely you should wait for a local show, right?

Do not throw away your shot to see Hamilton in Chicago.

According to TicketCity sales data, the production at CIBC Theatre has some of the lowest ticket prices around. At $250.89, the average ticket price is more than half as cheap as the average ticket price at the Orpheum in San Francisco ($669.95).

Not sure that’s worth a flight from SF to Chicago? How about the price difference between Austin and Dallas, just a few hours to the north? Average ticket price in Austin has come back to earth, down to $873.20. But that’s still more than double Dallas.
