Record Sales for US Open Tennis

The United States Open Tennis Tournament is still two months away and already it’s a hot ticket.

On Monday, the USTA set a record for the most US Open tickets sold on the 1st day they were available. The USTA did this by promoting a contest in New York City that let singers compete to win a chance to sing the national anthem at the US Open. The contest was held at Radio City Music Hall and was promoted on numerous radio & TV shows in NYC.
